If you're looking to set up your own popunders here's a code in HTML which will work.

However most popup blockers will block it, you need something done in php.

Simply create a php file called popupnder.php with that code and then echo it/include it in.

1.Define and change your own url.
2.Define after how many days a visitor should see the popup.
3.Disable it without editing html file and sources.
