How to grab pictures from FHGs
 

I need picture content for my blogs, and many sponsors do not have zip sets...... is there a script to strip FHGs?

(I remember having such a script way back in the late 90's)

And then you have to upload everything on the wordpress blog?

I ftp all content, so if I do any galleries, I'll batch rename files, use a gallery template + search/replace for filenames, copy/paste into wp page. I'm sure there are far quicker ways but I honestly can't stress enough how technically challenged I am :1orglaugh

If you use wordpress why don't you use their internal gallery system? It works quite good and I for example, changed the single post to look like a gallery template. :)

theirs a plugin that will let you upload a zip and create a gallery out of the images.

then you would just need to style your gallery template.

I remember some sponsors saying not to strip their galleries since in some cases they had licensed the content from a third party and only had approval to use the content on their own domain. Maybe seems silly to worry about that in this day of tubes and content theft, but something to consider.
