1. Is 2257 still relevent?
2. If you fail to supply a 2257 disclaimer and docs are you likely to get in trouble?
3. Does 2257 only affect sites hosted in USA?
4. Is 2257 only if you have underage girls >18?
5. Are forums affected by 2257?

2257 is an address where they can come inspect your records/model releases that prove all your models are over 18 whether they look 18 or 30. Would assume your odds of being inspected are higher if your content is young looking. :2 cents:

Addressing #1:

There have been no inspections since Obama took office and there likely won't be by the time he leaves.

I would, however be interested in knowing if anyone has figures on how many inspections occurred under Bush though. I suspect that even then, the odds of being inspected were mute.
