Zendesk FTW!

I installed OSticket at work... It's not that bad, but the community isn't that big, so it's not easy to get addons or support if you need them...

Heared a log of good things about Zendesk, like Mr. Stiff proposed

I just setup zendesk and working well the live support is a nice feature know all i need to do is find someone who knows java
