US banks keep shutting me down. Forced to go offshore. Anyone know a reputable place to get setup?
 

Five banks now have shut me down without an explanation within the last year. This is extremely difficult for me to run a business when I have to update my settlement account with tons of processing banks.

I have called about 5 places I found on Google and non of them want to do business with me cause I am in Adult.

I need to go offshore. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Thanks!

Why on earth would you tell them you do adult?

Just say you are doing video production, film editing, software development or dozens of other things that could relate. Let the banks that are processing for you worry about explaining that (as they are legally required to).

If you receive offshore wires the banks are required to investigate where and what the money is for because of the US Government. Banks are too lazy to deal with the red tape of doing the required due diligence so they just get rid of you.

I get wires weekly from 2 different OFFSHORE places, and have no issues with Wells Fargo or Chase.

Maybe its the content.

i do receive wires too but never had this kind of issue, though people at bank asked me what i do, i tell them google adwords/adsense or sell ebooks period.

If you don't have any intentions to evade taxes, go with a place like Cyprus, UK, NL or Malta.

Best to talk to a tax lawyer in your own country first, to prevent any unwanted side effects of going offshore :)

Ah, I misunderstood. The context of the post made me think processing. I've never heard of this issue before, very strange.

I guess I don't know what I'm talking about, just ran a large affiliate program for 10 years. I've had it happen many times, as recently as 2 months ago. I've handled affiliates that have complained about the same thing for years. There is also the fact that I spoke to my bank manager about it when my last account had issues and that was his statement.

KillerK maybe you'll get lucky soon too and have yours shut down. The quality of people on this board isn't what it used to be.
