Topless is allowed on Youtube if it's a full pirated video with no links back to the producer's site. 3 DMCA's and multiple flagging attempts over the course of a week will be completely ignored. Only emailing the user asking that they please take it down will get it removed, if they comply.

A 1 minute watermarked clip with a link back to the website in the description though? Gone in less than 15 minutes.

You can find videos thousands of videos with full frontal nudity (male and female) in fact. I think part of it is that some slip through the cracks but also it depends on context. They seem to allow the more artistic or cultural nudity and certainly medical. Sometimes these videos get removed too but it seems to happen far less often.

While it is true they do allow topless, there are restrictions, if you're hoping to upload your man-boobs be warned you'll get a lifelong ban. :winkwink:
