Has anyone switched most of their traffic to adult dating sites..?

Just wondering, because of declining signup ratios to regular paysites if anyone has started sending most of their adult traffic into adult dating sites, and if you have, how are things going?

I see some people talking about cam sites as an alternative, but wondering about adult dating sites as another alternative.

Thanks

Adult is huge at Dating Factory.

You have to try to figure out what works best for you and your traffic. Come up with a list of places to send your traffic to - standard run of the mill adult sites, adult dating, and then cams. Test is for while and figure out which one makes you the most amount of money.

Adult sites aren't doing well because it's fifteen years of the same exact shit - photos and videos. A few sites - Life Selector comes to mind - provides a little bit more entertainment than just pictures and videos.

Dating does well because everyone is looking for dating - Maybe they are single, maybe looking to replace their wife, maybe looking for a fling.

Cams... Well, everyone likes live entertainment.

id test it, but i can't imagine that would be a good way to convert the traffic

tested all the sponsors available before trying a different part of the industry?

Something like under 5% of the people who are into porn are into Dating type sites. So it's not the same as when paysites used to sell well since the paysites appealed to almost everyone at your site potentially. Given how bad it is for most with paysites you might do better with it still. Test it and watch your CTR and conversions. Watch $ per impression if you can.

On mine I find the CTR and ratios are a little better for dating than paysites but these sites weren't intended to sell paysites so that is what you would expect. One thing is for sure though. On revshare the dating is rebilling far better than paysites.

I just noticed it appears I have more rebills this month in adult dating than adult paysites. If not it's very close. I remembered this topic and thought I'd bump it and mention it.

I guess even if less than 5% of visitors would have any interest in adult dating sites that's still more than how many are likely to pay for porn under the best of circumstances.

It might work out better or worse for you depending on your traffic and niches. I know on some fetish sites I run I get some people who are heavily into it. Sometimes scarily so. I often see people make comments such that they looking for women into what they are into. If you can match people like this into a good dating program which compliments their interests you could do well.

Hint: for rebills stay away from the ones who only offer fake profiles and nothing else. I'm not saying that they can't have any fake profiles just that they need to offer something more than that alone. :)
