In your opinion does Aaron Hernandez think he is going to jail or does he think that he will be acquitted?

His latest jailhouse photos make him look like he thinks his lawyers will get him off. ie, that he is too rich to go to jail.

I think he is fucked, but I would not be shocked if he thinks he will get off. He has been one of those guys who has gotten special treatment his whole life because he was a star football player.

While in college he got in a fight with a bartender and hit the guy so hard he broke his eardrum and yet he managed to get off without any issues so I think Hernandez may very well think something similar will happen here.

Shooting people in the face. Hitting them hard enough to break their eardrum. It is stuff like this that goes unpunished thereby creating a monster.

I'd add on 10 years because he was a Patriot.

He's so guilty he will server time UNDER the prison.

Well if the bartender started it there nothing that can happen and there for nothing bad happened.

first we had OJ, then casey anthony and now george zimmerman....i'm pretty sure aaron hernandez has nothing to worry about.

I think he's guilty as sin.

My understanding was that he and a few of his teammates were in the place. Hernandez had a few drinks then got angry with the bartender over the price of the drinks. They argued about it then the bartender said something and walked away. As he did Hernandez hit him in the side of the head.
