hello paypal, i tried to link my debit card in my paypal account, why i wont let me? kindly help me please, i badly need paypal for my affiliates payout. hope to hear you soon... anyone can help me?

they are supposed to charge you with a couple of dollars, and you have to verify the card by entering the pp code they give in the transaction comment..

i get a text message when i use my card, so i can verify it instantly, but it might take days for the charge to appear on your bank statement
