They emailed me fast and responded fast on IM before the sale. Now after buying I am waiting for over a month and don´t even get a response. Weeks ago they told me on ICQ they would take care of the problems and nothing ever happend.

- They never send me a license (as agreed to before the sale)
- They never send me an invoice
- Several Scenes I bought are missing
- Metadata is missing

I would even put up with their funny interpretation of "HD quality" of half of the content but without a license this will be my first CC Chargeback in a B2B purchase in 15 years in this business.

This company has had stories like this since day one.

This guy is a straight up scumbag scammer. The fact that he works for this shitty company speaks VOLUMES.

Our sincerest apologies here Joerg. We totally dropped the ball here.

All content was delivered by download after order, the license was a completely custom license and that's where we dropped the ball and let it sit on someones desk without checking on it's completion. Our apologies.

The license and invoice have both been emailed.

- As for the metadata, if you look in your "download list" you will see 2 additional files, one called META DATA and one called COVERS. If you download the META file you will then have all the relevant meta data to all of your scenes. If you can't find this please let me know.

- Any missing content, please email me which scenes are missing and I will have Jonathan upload for you.

- As for the bad quality, please let me know which scenes are bad and we will fix. An error occured as one of our customers requested HD to be encoded at 960*540 and by accident we uploaded some of these files and they overwrote the original 1920x1080 files. We have since corrected this and re-added the proper files, you may have been caught in that gap.

Again, no excuses here, we completely dropped the ball on completing your transaction.

Posting on GFY still works wonders. 4 mails within an hour. Anthony, thanks for getting back to me here. I have emailed Keith now as he had sent me the license now.

As for the other things: I had sent a detailed List that my contentguy created twice in the past. Some donwloads are just not working, the meta data files are there but empty.

About the quality: Some files are upscaled, some in 9960x540, some are even 4:3 - this was and HD hand picked package. But, like I wrote before: I don´t care anymore as long as we get the rest resolved. I just take the files that are fine and move on.

Better search before you buy content. I recommend amazingcontent.com and adultsexcontent.com

Don't ever work with these guys. They hounded me to no end when I was deciding who to buy content from, then once they had my $20k they couldn't be bothered to answer any of my requests for info. They took well over 3 months to send me my content, they even shipped one of my drives to the wrong person. Even now, after asking them politely again and again to stop e-mailing me because I have no interest in ever dealing with them again they continue to spam me every few days. Worst customer experience I've ever had.

Yes i recommend those two always as well,for some reason they are only content producers in industry with a zero bad references.Crazy when you think how big is adult industry.
