No telling. Considering teencat made a similar complaint about not being able to login in a thread they made months ago, to which they responded with a contact email address. I've sent emails to that same address as well, but have been met with zero response.

This has been going on since March. I tried numerous times to contact them and handle this quietly. When that didn't work, I hoped making a thread here would yield some results, but so far nothing.
