Correct. This story should be winding down, but it isn't. Al Sharpton is trying to start race riots. He is organizing protests in 100 cities. The odds of things boiling over in at least one city is high.

At first I couldn't hear anything other than the "are you following em" thinking they were just doing it as a baseline for comparison. When I listened to the tape again.. I heard "fucking punks" with more of an "on" sound than an Uh sound. If it were coon.. I would expect more of an "oo" sound

This was addressed, he did not say "fucking coons" and the prosecution didn't even attempt to suggest he did, even though it would have made his case for him.

At first i was kinda irritated with your race riot, "its gonna happen", terroristic threats and threats towards L-Pink. But i'm realizing that you're so dumb and so misguided that you'll be among the first to take a bullet by police. So, i'm slowly becoming more OK with it.

I can make myself hear both.

There is a percussive sound at the start of the word but it's hard to hear because
there seems to be "bumps" of sound at the same time.
I would chose "punks" if a choice was forced because of that, but I wouldn't swear to it.

Now saying "Fucking punks always get away" when referring to a guy walking carrying skittles,
it's pretty clear that Zimbo has his mind made up about what type of person TVon was.... a criminal.

So the point of racism is moot with this clear demonstration of prejudice about "punks getting away".

It actually doesn't matter because the subject of your title says "Fucking coons". You put the suggestion in the listeners mind that he said "fucking coons", basically suggesting that this is what was said, and then only giving the listener to answer with a Yes or a No. The listener then is only listening for the words "fucking coons".

If instead you would have let people listen without the suggested phrase, the listeners might come up with something completely different.

Normally I would disagree with you. I think he's a really smart guy, but what he said in Florida last year seemed designed to piss people off.
