was just listening to some techno... and for some reason, I just had an existential question LOL... what motivates me to push my limits....

quite frankly, nothing I have found yet motivates me to reach that point where I say . Fuck... that was great... I really did it... still looking for it ;)


what about you guys... what's THE thing that keeps you going no matter what... that lets you achieve unsurpassed heights? :)

i have a little desk plaque that I keep in front of me next to the monitor.... it says,

"When you feel you have nothing left to give, and have trouble finding the courage and strength to go on, close your eyes, take a deep relaxing breath, then stop reading this fucking sign and get your lazy worthless ass back to work."

Fear of failure and having to move back to North Idaho to live with the rest of white trash that I grew up with...

I love that plaque Amp... I'd buy one, but I got enough useless shit laying around.. my desk is like a fuckin dumpster fill of paper...

I got the biggest desk in the office (got like 2 to make a U) and it's full ....

hehe.... me too.... anything that can be pinned to the desk backboard... is. The rest of the crap just fills the flat surfaces... and then there's more stuff piled on top of that stuff.. :winkwink:

what motivates me is to make money. enough money so the hoes can smell it. then i'ma take it, wave it in front of them, let them catch the vapors. while they're still dizzy, pump that pussy hard, and get the fuck out of there without droppin a canadian dime :)

the thought of making money... the potential to make money is what keeps you going..

just like someone going to school... his good grades won't make him motivated... the idea and prospect of having a successful job, will make him strive for more...

and THEN, the good grades (or money in our example) will keep the hope alive by getting the reward for the effort..
