Obviously the owner (possibly you as Ramp mentioned) trying to unload banned sites..

So I'd say "maybe" $50 total for both.. ($25 each) and redirect the old traffic from them directly to a program that might capitalize on the type of traffic being sent using a 301 via htaccess. (as you would not want those site associated with any IP's you have a good site on)
