Auto Image Resizing Program Needed
 

I need a program that will auto resize images uploaded by users but the program cannot be a OCX or one of those apps, id rather it be some ASP etc. script.

If someone does not know of one that I can just buy, I am interested in having a developer do this ASAP.

What exactly does it need to do? Just let the user upload a picture then resize it and move it somewhere? I already have a module that does that for my thumb preview script that I might be able to adapt.
