Revisiting Pathfinder and theking
 

The longer he posts here the more likely it is that theking's story is more the truth than the one GFY has long believed, that theking is Pathfinder.

I allow that this is the Internet and Pathfinder and theking could be two old ladies, sasquatches or anything imagineable. But people here have accepted that Pathfinder was an old man who claimed to be a Korean War vet who now posts as theking. It's now 2013, the Korean War took place during 1950-53, Pathfinder would be in his 80's now. theking claims he was taken in and raised by Mr. and Mrs. Pathfinder as a young adult. His story is that he walked in on Pathfinder one day and found him lifeless in front of his computer, GFY open is his browser.

theking sounds old and angry but not 80 years old and angry - he sounds 50ish old and angry.

So the possibilities are that theking has been telling something of the truth for all these years, him and Pathfinder were/are separate entities. OR the Pathfinder character really never existed and was the creation of this middle aged loner who morphed into theking.

Correction...PF's son found PF deceased not I. I lived in the L.A. area at the time of PF's death. Also I was a young kid of 12 when PF took me in...not an adult.

It was PF's son that found his monitor was open to GFY. It was I that introduced PF to marketing porn online. I began doing it when I was attending University in L.A. sometime after I was medically discharged from the Army in '92. When I told him it was easy money he got into it in the hopes of establishing a source of income for his youngest son...who was not doing to well for himself at the time. Pf did not need the money himself as he had made a small fortune in properties...and I followed his advice in that field and in over a 20 plus year period of time I two made a small fortune. Over the past ten years I have sold out all of my business holdings...invested in the market...and have been completely retired for several years now. End of story.

Oh and PF would have been 81 before this year ends.

So PF's son after his dad dies recounts to you the story of finding him dead at his computer and says 'Yeah I found Dad at his desk, thought maybe he had fallen asleep, but he was unresponsive, he was dead. I did take notice of what was on his computer screen, some website called GoFuckYourself.com' why would that be of any importance to him and why did he mention it to you? You began posting on GFY after his death, yet you were in the industry before PF so you had no idea GFY existed and PF who posted here a lot never mentioned it to you?

the rest of your story is pretty vague, PF and you both work on adult sites yet both of you are invested in real estate and by your account both doing well with it. doesn't make a lot of sense why either of you are making adult websites, you say PF was doing it for an income source for his youngest son who wasn't doing well. If PF had done well in real estate he would have no problem providing for his youngest son. And it would have made more sense for PF to teach that son how to make adult websites himself, give him something to do and make a living for himself.

I do not work in any industry...I am retired. I sold my porn business years ago. I sold all of my properties a couple of years after that and invested in the stock market. I do still dabble in building websites...porn and mainstream...to occupy my time.

I have had several surgeries since and have lived in mind numbing pain 24/7 everyday since. I have pain killers but I try not to take them unless I simply cannot bear the pain for another moment...in addition I was told not to kill all of the pain as the pain will remind me to be aware of the way I move for if I move the wrong way I could become paralyzed. The VA considers me to be 100% disabled.

I have a friends who's Dad sold everything and lives out in the woods, off the grid. He's the hardest working mother fucker I know, because he has to be to survive. He lives off the land as much as possible.
