I can't get help from EasyXSites support team does anyone Have otherplatform/ hosting
 

This site talks a good game but it isn't true. I signed up over a month ago. They say anyone can use it because its so simplistic however it's not. 1. Since they refuse to acknowledge any of my 20 emails or thread posts maybe one of you here can. I have 10 Blogs that were on Blogger and now trying to find a platform/ hosting site for them. I created an account for two blogs and a tube. I opted for using there domain name due to loosing income. But that's as far as I've gotten. Their tube site is unnecessarily complicated and none of their auto response tutorials give you a step by step of how to install Wordpress. The lack of their concern for my only means of income slipping away is very upsetting to me. Can one one here PLEASE HELP ME!?!?!?! Damn I hate this lack of customer service and depending on others to care enough.

Where do you have these "thread posts" ? It appears to me that you have only one post on their forums and that is from today.

Here on GFY you only have 3 posts and they are all in the last hour.

So, where are you posting these thread posts?

Um, if you created 2 blog accounts there then you should know that you do NOT install WordPress there. When you create the blog account it creates the wordpress instance.

So, something sounds a bit off here.

Hey there, yeah I'm having issues too creating wordpress sites.

I have about 6 with them and the last two I tried installing haven't worked.

I know the site owner is off on holidays and has a to do list in place to get things going again when he returns.

Internet is down at my awesome hotel for the 4th day in a row and roaming cut off after 8 minutes (=100 USD). I am now on another hotels wifi to wsort some processing stuff out and notice this post.

It is saturday, that means people are off because we are europeans. Unless there is an emergency.

I am sure you will not be ignored on monday.

Site creation will be fixed soon. Apologies for the bugs. The trouble and the stress this is causing you all.

Excuse me. It is time I go get (even more) drunk by pool.

Use pornblogspace. They are growing fast.

I do believe that Markul has it marked as "BETA" all over the site.

You have to expect problems during beta testing, that is why it is called "testing". The advantage though is that you kind of help decide what the site finally looks and acts like.
