This is a common and incidentally, very infantile way for someone with a weak or no point to attempt to construct an argument by making it appear as if something was said that wasn't. All lunatics eventually default to the absurd position, relying on over generalizations and flat out distortions to attempt to paint a picture that someone was claiming there are ZERO problems or that something is impossible, when it was never suggested as misdirection while they fish for new arguments to change the direction away from their own absurdity.

I am reading a book about the NSA and I came across something interesting this morning.

It seems that after 9/11, it was discovered that one of the terrorists in the US had called a known terrorist number (in Yemen), but because the calls came from the US the NSA was legally unable to tap it.... Seems the NSA considered the call the FBI's area...
