Do you have Verizon Fios in your area? I highly recommend it if so...I have Verizon Fios and have 25MB down / 5MB up (not that fast but a lot better then cable around here and it's the cheaper option...you can pay for much higher speeds with Fios) and the service has only gone down for 10 minutes within the 3 or 4 years that I have had it.

Not ridiculously fast, but I have 50/20 with Comcast and pay $39.99/mo. I get 50 down, and max around 10 up.

seolinker 07-10-2013 06:07 AM

100/100 FTTH, 10 eur a month

They don't offer Verizon Fios here. Out of curiosity, how much do you pay for it?

I also need way faster than 5MB upload, how much is possible? I have a decent budget for it, not a ton, but definitely willing to pay a couple hundred a month or so...

I have 100/10 for ~$50/month. For $150 you can get 1000/100.

Verizon Fios Quantum

100mb download, 30mb upload

Like $50 a month

Outgoing internet is throttled to 100mbit for users. I work at a datacenter now, so I cant say I am aware of what we pay for it.

My home connection is a slower 20/10 Mbit, that cost around $50/month

10mbit on the upload seems good for that price...
How can I get something like that for my office? I'm in North Hollywood...

PornAddict 07-10-2013 09:59 AM

I have Verizon FioS. My speed is 75/35. I love being able to upload that fast. It makes updating the pay sites a piece of cake.

Edit : I pay $88 a month.
