I am looking to start an API where sponsors can have their hosted flv/mp4 videos added to hundreds of websites automatically.

How it will work is I'll give you a sponsor account on my site, and that will allow you to sign in and dump your videos into the system allowing all my users to embed your videos onto their sites using a generic player that auto links to your pay sites and they can have their sites self updating with your content.
