How do I block Backlinks?

So I have just found out that my site has some 700,000+ backlinks from 2 domains that are a 'bad neighbourhood'

How can I block these domains (in the eyes of Google) without using the disavow tool (ie, .htaccess).

Why not use the disavow tool ? and add comments about the links in the text file.

Well, ok but how do I get a list of all 700,000 URL's I can't see an option in GWT.

Nexcom: if you're just wanting to block the site(s) from sending you traffic, you can simply block IP ranges in your htaccess file, or drop them right at the router, or use firewall rules, or even IP Tables.

Depending on the amount of sites, htaccess would be pretty inefficient if you're adding half a million IP's. You'd be better off just outright blocking at the server level/router level versus using htaccess per domain.

ETA: For instructions on using Disavow:

Even if it was the very best neighbourhood that is far too many links back from just 2 domains, ideally you want something in the 3/1 to 7/1 ratio. Try and get them taken off the domains that are linking to you. That probably won't work. Where do they link to on your site ? If it's your index page or an important page that you can't do without then you're kinda stuck. If they link to a page that you could delete, do that and then in your htaccess do a 301 redirect for that deleted page only to another dummy domain you have.
IE. www.yourdomain.com/troublesomepage.html 301 to www.domainidontuse.com/troublesomepage.html
Forgot to say, even if you are successful in doing this it will be many months before Google sucks it all up and decides to be nice again.

Just disavowed the 2 sites using domain:site.com format.

Hopefully this might go some way to help things.

It will but it may take some time.

Agree with the laughter. If that was true they wouldn't need the disavow tool which in my opinion does nothing anyway.
