First time I hear about this.

Nite patent trolls. But they're not skilled, it is especially funny who they sued. The popunders they seen was probably from AWE/Livejasmin , Streamate and other dating / cam sites, plus the ad networks. But they sued a (very) few tubes using it only: Slutload, VPorn, VideoSexArchive, Porn.com, Motherless.com ( LOL , good luck ), Tube8 + PornHub.com (Manwin - this is the only one who may pay on need, or even buy the patent troll company itself, to get monopoly of popunders). Not any cam site or ad network (who really insert and manage the popunder html piece) it was sued. IF they ever win, they have leaved left to sue sooo many big companies.
