    it's a fucking felony to record people without telling them first(florida) this country has all kind of safe zones to protect the guilty. the stand your ground law in your state allows gang members to go free and kill more. the murder victims must be minority.

      Correct. Florida has a 2 party consent law that prohibits recording someone without their permission. A law that sucks or protects based on what side of the recorder you are on.

      Most states have a form of self defense/stand your ground law. Florida's is a little broader since us old people can't be expected to turn and run when trouble confronts us.

      As far as protecting gang members, they are citizens first aren't they?
