I´m not complaining about the content itself or the quality.....
there is nothing wrong with that.....but how hard can it be to
zip the files in a way:
mpeg/01.mpg
mpeg/02.mpg
images/clip01_1.jpg
images/clip01_02.jpg
and use the same structure for all zips?

I'm DynaSpain partner and who bought the content from Sobe, as he said we can't complain about the quality (well... could look much better with a good shape guy insted of the fat man) but we bought almost $1k from him at one purchase and now it's a really hard work to organize it. First at all we had to download it set by set as he said no about making just one zip file from it. Then yesterday we started to short it and damn, its a complete mess, not any dir got the same structure, some got pics, some doesn't, at some the pics are into the movies dir, at some the pics are at their own dir, a complete mess that will cost us a lot of work.
DynaSpain was shorting it tonight and after unziping it he went mad as we wanted to upload it tonight to our memebers section and it's imposible this way. But all is calmed now.

The thing is, I dont even know who the guy is. I would look him up in my database so I can see which sets he bought. It is possible that there are problems. With 185 different sets for sale it is possible for some mistatkes to get through the cracks. I know for example that with the older sets the directory structure and nomenclature are not the best. But last I saw, I ran a special where I sold as many of these sets for around 10 dollars each. For such a low price I think that other issues pale in comparisson. That is why I want to look this guy up in my DataBase and figure what the hell he is talking about.

Let's look at the facts, over 3 years in business and I can just think of 2 people who are unhappy with my service. ONe girl is named Heather and she is very bitter. Ok Mr Bigshot let me explain this to you in simple words so you
might understand.......allthough I have my doubts
1: If somebody uses perhaps not 100% perfect grammar you
better think before you slam this person for it. It means that
the person speaks at least 1 more language then you do.
2: The price of content is totally irrelevant. If you buy content
it´s the quality, the niche, exclusive or non exclusive that
determines the price so $100 can turn out to be too expensive
3: Not all people download their content to their PC in order to
make html pages in dreamweaver or whatever What you See is NOT what you GET editor.
We downloaded all files straight to the server....in case you wonder how that works.......type in your unix shel: man wget
Our site is totally dynamic. adding content usually is just a matter
of setting a directory and click the batch_import button and all
content is auto scanned, resized, thumbed, etc, etc.
The only thing it requires is a decent directory structure.
So I think ýou have been served now so you can go back under
rock where you apperently came from.

About zipping files at my computer, are you reading any post at this thread? where did we say anything about having any problem zipping at our computer??? We moved it all to our server, so we asked for a tar.gz file with all the content insted of 60 non compressed folders, for sobe it would have taken less than one minute to tar.gzip it for us. Then we tried to add it all to our content manager but as each set got a different dir and file names structure, we can't run a script to add it all in one step. Then we looked at some files and we saw some watermarked so we ended downloading all the content to our pc to short it, etc. and that took some time as it's 5gb of content.
About the deal we got, well i was who dealt it, as i told you that you are not skilled enought to get good deals doesn't mean we aren't, this prove who is the newbie "smartass big guy" (also calling yourself a big guy only proves you're a full of ego asshole not near to be a real big guy)
Now about cutting it to 3mb files, you must know what are you talking about before making yourself look as stupid, sobegirl already sold the movies to us on that size as will be for a 56k modem members section. So it's supossed we only needed to upload it to our content manager, thats what we are complaning, to download it all to our pc was not on our plans.
