How do you know who to pick on elance?
 

I started a jo on elance and am getting bids. of ourse they ALL sound good. how do you know who to pick? What do you look at?

I once picked a guy who ha all great reviews, repeat clients, and he did a shit job after I hired him lol.

Any suggestions on piking someone who kicks ass? :helpme

That place is a cesspool of hacks trying to underbid each other for shoddy work.
