Paxum Question

I try to find the answer to this question in their faq but I didnīt find it, so Iīm asking here

What happens if the cc expires with money on it?
It can be back to the ewallet or transfered to the new card, or must I take all the money of it before it expires mandatorily?

Thank you

If your Paxum card is coming up for expiration we advise you transfer all remaining funds to your ewallet Checking account prior to the expiration date. (Paxum cards expire on the last day of the month specified on your expiration date; ie: a 10/13 expiration date would expire at the end of the day October 31st 2013)

If your card has already expired with funds remaining and you have received your new Paxum card then you can simply open a ticket in the Message Center of your account to request the remaining funds be transferred to your new card. Our support staff will then communicate with the bank we use to issue our cards and they will arrange the transfer of the funds from your expired card to your new card.

Being that you have them both for a certain amount of time you transfer the money back to your wallet. Then you activate your new card. Then you transfer to the new card. But yeah.... They should have some kind of popup box and internal checks for this kind of thing.

Like you go to activate the new card and it stops you, telling you to remove the money on the old card first.

is this still like you said before? because i heard now the funds in the cc can't go back to the ewallet (correct me if i'm wrong)

Hermac,
You are correct - it has changed. Once you get your new card any funds on your expired card will be put onto the new card.
