Shit, I'm no fan but she is worth around 17 mil and has millions of fans. She could open a website and podcast her show and charge 5 bucks a month. She would probably have a million subscribers, do the math.

I live in California but about 20 years ago I was hired by a company in Atlanta that was building schools all around Georgia and needed someone who was familiar with a specific type of construction system that was common in California but unheard of in Georgia.
