He is saying that people generally dont sell outside of the exchange for a LOWER than cost amount. Generally people who are buying outside of an exchange are having a hard time getting money into one of the common exchanges to buy it so they charge a premium.

Sell? I'm buying. I get that demand may be in the opposite direction right now, but for those people who want USD; I'm offering bank deposits for Bitcoin with a 1% fee for the service.

I'll probably end up waiting for the demand to reverse, but I'm fine with that too. :)

Setup an exchanger site and post in bitcoin forum...

Great idea, but definitely will be a LOT of work. Definitely probably worth it in terms of future profits though :thumbsup
