How can a technical-retard like me make an iphone/Droid app very cheap w/out learning Obj C or Java?
 

any suggestions?
I have a mainstream store website, I want to make it an app, not a mobile version but an actual app.
Ive gotten quotes of $80k, $50k for something barebones, $25k for something by Indians

is there a way to get something super cheap but still functional and working well?
maybe use PhoneGap or something?

Do you think something like this could be highly customizable? or would it be better to start from scratch?
I want it to be more like craigslist/ebay where people can list their stuff for sale, and others can shop for it
