Low epoch signups today?
 

Anyone else notice lower than normal signups today, especially on sites that process with Epoch? Is something funky going on?

Has been low for the last 3 days or so. First their tech told us that there were no problems but now they are telling us there is a problem with something on their end and they are looking into it.

Everybody has issues from time to time. Paycom is a good company and I am sure they will figure it out. :thumbsup

It's not just Epoch but I have noticed Ibill and ACPay dropped off for the past few days.

our epoch sales seem to be on track with our daily average..

Been shitty for me the last couple of days w/ Epoch. Actually all sales the last few days have been sucking ass!

Please email me and let me know who told you that we were looking into processing problems. No one at Epoch is aware of any problems on our end. The only issue tech is resolving involve stats rollups but this has nothing to do with transaction processing.

Actually sales across the board look normal to high today
