What a crazy way to deal with things.

When was this thought up? Stand up and not go to the toilet / eat / anything for 13 hours? Sounds like a few people were smoking a crack pipe when they came up with that one.

My thoughts exactly, seems like the rules governing filibusters need to be updated somewhat lol
