Need an Affiliate Payout Service
 

Hi,

We're setting up a new service shortly that will involve making weekly payments to webmasters. We're based in the UK, so issuing cheques from here to largely US webmasters is not a very good solution.

We're looking for a service such as writechecks.com / energyflow.com used to provide (but they appear to have closed down).

We can use paypal, but don't want to be reliant on them as a solution.

By the way we won't be taking payments through a third party billing solution so the normal IBill affiliate payout systems etc are not suitable - we need a standalone solution where we send them a block of money and tell them who to pay.

or hire an US company that will print & mail checks for you. However such service can be expensive.

Yes, that's what I want to do. Anybody know of a company in the US that provides that service reliably?

You don't even need a company. Do you have any friends in the US that you can trust? At my old job we were in the exact opposite situation. We needed someone to handle the UK checks/deposits etc so the owner got a friend to handle it for him. I'm not sure how the banks are there, but when we try to deposit sterling checks into the accts here we get slapped with a hefty charge and sometimes they can take up to 4 weeks to clear...not a good situation all around.

Angeleyes - thanks, that's exactly the issue we want to address. We can get a US dollar account in the UK but the cheques are still drawn on a UK bank so there are extra charges and delays all around.

Still prefer to find a company that does this for a living, with auditing and financial protection etc.

I don't know of a firm that does it but I do know a certified public accountant that works for a big 5 accounting firm (PriceWatersCooper....) that does side work.

Does anyone have any information about energyflow.com not operating anymore?..
I usually recieve checks from them like clockwork (payment from Australian sponsor) but haven't recieved checks due for a few weeks.
