Whats up with London g8 protests?
 

Guys proly you know we protest a tyrant here in Turkey lately and thankfully and finally our voice have been heard in abroad as well which is good.

however after latest Eu parliament decision we saw on news that British police also acgting somehow alike a group of vagabonds or at least it has been reflected to us as that and sadly this has been used against European parlament and to the protestors in Turkey by the tyranny in here.

so to answer this propaganda what we want to know is:

1. what we saw on tv is true or not?

2. were the british protestors allowed peaceful protestings recently or they confronted by the police like here at the first place?

3. how that was any differant then here in Turkey? i mean can you tell me the differences between british and Turkish police against protestors?

4. if ever you feel your constitutional rights have been ignored, do you think conservative party of Uk and Lib dem will pay for this while losing votes?

5 . How was the public reaction to police's aproach if they acted contrary to laws?

i m clueless about all of these so any inside info about whats going onn would be good to know.

Very little on the news about the G8 protests here in the UK - I am guessing that that is on purpose, if we don't know about it we won't go...

In general the police here are nowhere near as aggressive as the police I have seen on TV during the riots in Turkey - No tear gas, no water cannons - If you are very unlucky you will get a nasty bruise from a trunction (?sp).....

If a protest is peaceful then generally the police will stay clear and not interfere at all...

People have died at the hands of the police during protests but they have been freak incidents.....

No, I was just looking at them actually and nothing has happened at all as far as I can see, all very peaceful.....

I was talking about previous protests - Its usually something like someone gets pushed to the ground and hits their head...

What happens when a violent thug, with a 10 year record of violence, kills a man who is peacefully walking home during a protest (see video below)?

If the killer is wearing a British police uniform he gets a fat pension, paid for by the British taxpayers that he hasn't killed.

Don't put any faith in "constitutional rights". British people don't have any, but even here (the US) they don't mean shit, people just pretend they do, to make themselves feel warm and fuzzy inside.

Every country in the world is a fascist police state at heart. You just don't usually find out until/unless you protest. When Governments want to do something, they do it, and the cops are there to enforce it.



A "freak incident", where a cop decides to beat a man's legs with a stick, then violently pushes him to the ground, killing him.

That's one of the very few incidents and it was years ago - AntlantisCash is asking, as far as I can tell, if protests here are on the same level as we are seeing in Turkey...

So far 4 people have died and 5000 injured in Turkey, police are using tear gas and water cannons - There is no comparison.....

Most protests here are usually by student fuckwits who somehow think their opinion matters...

if you want something done it will be something more. all i ever see is police beating protesters. :helpme you have to turn it up a notch :2 cents:
