There's a difference between trying to sell a domain you don't own in order to scam money, and listing a domain for sale just to be a smart ass to the actual owner

I'm gonna assume this is about Fris having hoodtube for sale in his sig for $25. We know he doesn't own it, because if he did he would be selling it for 90k
