ExoticGold representative / contact?

I've been trying to reach ExoticGold: an email to support (10 days ago) and a support ticket (3 days ago), no reply yet.

Do you have any other email contact for EG, did this ever happen to you?

No drama, I just wannted to ask few question as a new affiliate, but it surprises me they didn't respond yet.
