fiverr gigs are cool but in intro-videos case usually cover a few seconds (they just replace a polaceholder logo with your own and export), then ask for extra gig if you want it in HD, extra gig for quick delivery, custom requests etc, adds up (but still very cheap).

For a bit more cash but far better results go to a site like pond5 and check their aftereffects templates (shameless reflink :) http://www.pond5.com/index.php?ref=Nemanya ) where you can find longer animations, and then find someone to customize it for you by adding the camgirl scenes etc. (for voiceover, use fiverr :) )

Sample videos from your first post seem like 100% custom work, which is not that cheap.
