Whats The Best Tool/Script/Plugin to backup all wp files ?

I need to move some wp sites, need to backup all the files etc dont need a database backup, just need to easily pack up thousand of images and files and move them.

I love CyberWurx I just wish they had a backup site option in their control panel.

You could also move it all to the new one...

This is a setup of moving it into Cyberwurx which uses port 29264 for SSH

i forgot to mention, im moving from shared to vps so i doubt shared host will give that kind of access
