Payoneer p2p not possible for new accounts.
 

Why isn't p2p possible for new accounts? It's the whole reason i applied for a payoneer account.

P2P transfers are available for most accounts, unless the feature has been disabled by the sponsor/partner.

We do require that you first receive a payment to your account before sending/receiving p2p transfers, however. This is for security reasons - so if you've never received a payment to your account you will be unable to start receiving p2p transfers.
