What should a webmaster charge?
Okay, not a clue here.
I had a model approach me about running her site. This isn't what I do, but I'd still like to help her out. Assuming this means all design, administrative aspects, etc. what does one charge for this? Is it a fee or is it commission based. I know a couple of people who are capable and might be interested. What do I tell them they should ask for? MOST replies will be appreciated. :winkwink: |

I know alot of webmasters that take over amateur sites and get 50% of the earnings.

Don't do it... females are very emotional and soon she'd want her site shut down, then you're fucked

Id go with 50%, thats if she puts atleast some effort into content creation and nothing else...
|
I know of one webmaster that handles around 15 girls sites and takes only 30%. Personally I think he's an idiot. If he had any kind of pimp hand he should get 75%. What the hell is this if it's not cyber pimpin? Sucker.
Get 75%... if not, get 50% & work some pussy into the deal. Be the stunt cock for the cam shows or something. Even if you broker the project off to someone else GET SOME PUSSY OUT OF THE DEAL! Unless it's a BBW site... then just get head. |
A montly Rump Fuck. She will start crying when you pull up with a tub of butter at the end of each month.

Well, if she didn't put any effort into content creation, there would be no site, right? :Graucho
kronic - actually since it's your friends, the webmasters, that you want to make money then yes, 50/50 would be great. But if you're trying to help the girl out, you can find a ton of capable webmasters willing to do all of the work for a flat fee. When my wife and I first started our site, we paid a guy 2500 up front for site design, and then 1500 a month to do everything. Eventually, I learned enough about how to do everyting so we let him go. Without gettting real specific, if we had been on a 50/50 plan, then our web guy would have a yearly income well into 6 figures. Instead, by paying him a flat rate, we only paid out 20,500 for that first year. You can clearly see the difference :) |

I think he also sees why he should charge 50% :1orglaugh |
