Amerinoc live chat support - When is it actually online?

1st OF ALL - I'M NOT SLAGGING THEM OFF...

Just a simple question, that I wanted to chat with someone about re billing... No urgency...

However, I've checked into https://support.amerinoc.com/index.p.../Default/Index at various times over the last 3 days, and each time Live Chat has not been available...

Is there a USA / UK time that I can convert, to catch them online?

Just open a ticket. Each time I did I get a fast reply in the next 5-10 minutes

Yeah, they are great at responding. I just wanted to have a 'hypothetical' chat, before I put things in writing, or make a commitment :)

Fair enough. I'll give it another day or so - Allowing for both the fact its now Monday (Not the weekend) & American Biz hours, and if there still isn't any joy, I'll just send a ticket :)
