Amerinoc wont be available online over icq except sales. For quick response email [email protected] and reply will be with yiy under 20-30 min

I used their support ticket just now and got a reply in 2 mins. That's pretty fucking amazing.

Just so you know I tried to email emergency@amerinoc and it bounced. (Sites were down 15 minutes yesterday... but someone replied at the support email after like two minutes)
