My card is set up with a password that has to be used to validate online transactions. Is this a UK only thing?

Mine asks me for a password and a random question - Things like 'what is your favorite color?'- It depends how pissed I am - Sometimes its blue - Sometimes it Red...

I might be just Europe, I have that system set up for all of my cards in Spain and the UK, so maybe it is just a problem outside of Europe?

Its nice trick to offer money knowing that it most likely won't lead to arrest, but scammer would be caught, and for free :)

Not all of them would like to work with scammers so they would hear back from those.
If scammer aproaches 10 girls it only takes one of them to report.

Surely the point isn't to get performers to gather info on scammers and pass it on, or to arrest scammers (even less likely), but to deter scammers from risking it in the first place.

Last I knew Cam Companies took fraud money away from the girls.

Looks like those "wanted" things from western movies, perhaps it will be effective.

There was a guy here in GFY threads telling he had all studio banned in chaturbate because one or two (romanian) girls of him (but mostly he had colombian) had apparently agreed to the fraudster schema. He complainted that chaturbate banned his whole studio with many girls who was innocent. REcently chaturbate also announced they no more register new romanians as "fraud is too high", perhaps it is related to this.
One could argue, then all russians are honest and all romanians are fraudsters?

Every cam site get those guys who try to find cam girl willing to give 50% of fraud tips/private money back, normally in western union. Some girl even bring the guy into new sites she subscribe as soon as she's banned in previous sites - in this case the girl it is really part of fraud.

It is funny that some time those carder guys I busted in chat as "admin" will talk admin like "hey bro what about we do 50% I put there cards you give me half we do lots money", like if they really not even have idea what a chargeback is or it works, or think an admin could fraud own site and no one fires him.

Really when those guys come with many ip's and cards it takes so much time for cam site to find and block all them quick enough so they don't spend too much, it is a boring part of running a cam site.

Don't hold your breath for that reward potential whistle blowers, the key words here being "accurate information that leads to an arrest".

Now they have explained to performers what the guys means when they say "add me to talk about some business" I suspect this is more likely to lead to an increase in fraud for them rather than a decrease.

Still, it's the thought that counts.

"Add me" usually means 'give me a free show' or 'give me a show and we'll cut out the site's 50-70%'.

You are talking about free show beggars or guys who want to either save money for themselves or put more in the hands of the performers. Those are not people trying to get cash off of stolen credit cards (what this thread is about) which is something entirely different.
