That's very cheap, what's the trick?

No trick at all. Just basic servers. The 19.95 a month one has 64 gig storage and 512Ram but its perfect for basic services. The 49.95 a month ones have 100gig drives and 2gigs ram.
All prices are for Linux.

indeed unmanaged providers rocks. Got mine with 70$ an I7 with 32 gb ram,100 mps and 2x1 T hdds.

Any chance you'll tell us who you got these deals with, always looking for a better deal on servers.

how dedicated server can have only 512Mb RAM?

It's a basic entry level server. It runs an ARM processor and can handle basic server needs.
Blogs, dns servers, etc...

Obviously, it's a Raspberry Pi, which only cost $35.

With that said, I can serve an awful lot of pages from a Pi...

Is that managed, what if I need memcache for example?
