I have been producing my Northwest Beauties videos for a long time now and they are more revealing than in the early days, but they are still not full nude.

Not that many people produce non-nude/partial nude content any more, but the customers are still there.

My site has grown quite a bit over the past few years since I have started posting videos from other softcore producers.

About half of the producers are long-time customers. They like this type of content and decided to give it a try.

The customers like it because there is more softcore content on the website. Since a lot of softcore sites have went away or went hardcore, it is harder to find this type of material. I post 5-8 new 60-minute videos each week.

I have done it full-time since 2006. I am not getting rich, but I enjoy what I am doing.

I am always looking for new producers and new affiliates. Since softcore is such a tiny niche in the overall adult market, it doesn't get a lot of attention.

I'm always caught in two minds as to whether to share this type of information, as more affiliates means more competition, but on the other hand I like to reward the programs who are selling well and encourage them.

I've just checked the stats for 2013, you might be surprised to know that the two best converting programs are both CCBill. The most important factor is not sales ratios, but the money made per unique click i.e. (total revenue)/(total unique clicks)

it depends a lot on what you are promoting and how well you understand what it exactly is...

lots of money in non nude but it depends on you whether you make $ or not...

I'd say the most popular in this niche is the otcash sites (onlytease, etc.) but I haven't had a conversion in MONTHS. Clearly I'm doing something wrong, but hey if you can convert that niche well, I'd recommend them! Great people.

Without at doubt OT is the gold standard, you definitely want some of their content on your site as it adds value. From a stats perspective there are a lot of other affiliates promoting them, so ratios are not so impressive, also they have their Porn Rewards site which encourages members to cut the affiliate site out in the future. To conclude it's very useful to have them in the mix as part of the recipe. :2 cents:

I am currently in the process of developing a NN site now. This will be non nude as in clean non nude and bikini content. There will be no nip slips, downblouse or upskirts on the site.
I will be merging this site with established social networking and adsense.

I doubt you'll make much with Adsense, give it a try though, but once you add the likes of the sponsors I mentioned above, also some Strip Poker games like these http://www.strippokergame.org/ and Playboy is a vital part with their $35 PPS for $1 join there's no way Adsense will make even 3% as much.

Almost forgot, Downblouse also goes down a treat, this sponsor always converts and the rebills build up

I do have adult sites with kick ass content. I'm advertising sponsors everywhere from Nasty Dollars, AMAKings, Payserve, sextronix, I update 3 times a week and Google is still kicking my ass. The Google gravy train ran out on my adult sites in November and it's been a free fall dive into the poor house from there.

I want to try the totally clean non nude content - target my traffic towards weight lifting gymnasiums, weight loss, tanning and anything related to summer, beach, bikini and possibly summer apparel.

I am at wits end. If this doesn't work I'll most likely leave the industry or say fuck it and go work for Kim Dotcom! j/k
