Format for emailing resume
 

brads thread about needing a pdf file reminded me that i need to change my resume. my resume is a .doc and when you view it in word the grammar formatting shows up and its not good for them to see it? whats the best way to send them the resume? im thinking pdf but does not eveyone have acrobat?

Either .pdf or plain text. Certainly not .doc and .rtf just sucks. Personally I prefer text over pdf because you can easily run keyword searches against them.
