The best gangsters these days are from the military.
The euro gangsters came over and took over a lot of business because no one saw it coming. You got these guys waking up at 5 am serious as fuck. Going up against people who are partying until 5am..lol

if they are showing gang signs in photos and acting out, remove them from active duty. Make them wash pots and pans and fix cars and take the weapons away.

If the know of the affiliation when they join, use them as the support people only. Keep them away from the weapons.
