A friend of mine is starting to organize to open up a new Strip Club.


Anyone here run/operate one??

Of course I can imagine it comes with many hassles...



What are the PROS and CONS?
And what are the some of the "MUST WATCH OUT FOR" things?

I don't anymore but I used to run several Deja Vu clubs around Michigan, as well as a few independent clubs in Tennessee.

I guess the first question is...what state is he trying to open in?

It's in South Louisiana - Lafayette --- it has strip clubs, but is still somewhat a conservative type rown.

No, but back in the 80s I considered having my mail sent to several in Toronto. :1orglaugh

I was just in Lafayette a few months ago, not exactly a big town. If there aren't enough local girls to work there he might want to think about another city.

Has he checked out the other clubs in town? Were there plenty of girls in each club, or were they running with only a few girls per shift? I've seen it happen a lot, where someone tries to open a new club in a town with existing clubs and not enough girls to go around...

Yep especially if the HA or affiliates run them.they don't like competition.It can get pretty rough sometimes when they all show up.scares off the average joes.risky investment but good luck.all about location
