Never eat anything 2 weeks old from take away or take out food. Including those little packets of soy sauce duck sauce and mustard from Chinese restaurants, who knows how old those are by the time they end up in your bag, toss 'em. Keep fresh condiments or make fresh condiments (I almost typed condoments, so yeah keep those fresh too) at home
