I use algebra and calculus in my project planning. Nothing like a nice 3rd derivative with my morning coffee and oatmeal.

Do tell - the only thing I've ever seen a 3rd level derivative applied to is Gaussian surfaces and trading, but I know they get used in aircraft engineering.
