It's the right product you send it to that converts.

Klen 05-17-2013 01:27 AM

I had success with buying mobile traffic on reporo.com.

Alexlecomte 08-27-2013 10:37 PM

bumping up

I advise you to buy mobile traffic on Star-Advertising and Reporo.
Don't forget that users experience is very different from a desktop version to a mobile one so you should ask your AM there for good tips :winkwink:

Not everyone is successful when they buy traffic, that is the total truth. If you have the time and patience to spend on optimizing your campaigns then you will see the success, it isn't a get rich quick scheme, it is time consuming and requires work. I don't give any of our advertisers false hope, you want bullshit and people telling you to spend as much as possible to make as much as possible, go elsewhere. If you want an honest assessment of your product and the potential it has when buying traffic from us, ask me. We currently serve 10 billion ad impressions per month right now and cater to 2400 advertisers, not all of them are successful but a lot of them are because they take time to learn our sites, ad placements and how to push their product to our users.

+1

It's finding the right combination between the source of traffic you buy, the targeting you choose and the marketing used to convert and generate profits.
Basically the success consists in testing a lot of traffic sources and ad spots with different creatives and landing pages using the appropriate tracking tools (pixel tag, API s2s) to follow the results and optimize your conversion funnel.
Traffic buy is about DATA. It's your capacity to buy enough data (budget), your faculties to analyze them, to take decisions and apply the right methods. That's how you will make profits.
You can make profits on almost every ad network. All good media buyers are buying from the most serious ones like exoclick, reporo, juicy, eroads or trafficforce

pornmasta 08-28-2013 05:34 AM

you can make money, but it's hard...

EroAdvertising Paul 08-28-2013 05:48 AM

Buy text/images plugs instead of banners.

Struggle4Bucks 08-28-2013 06:08 AM

And what happens when you optimize your campaign... start to make money and then the traffic source changes... start all over again?

I 100% agree with Ross. If someone is throwing you cocaine type numbers Walk away. the Only one in that case making money is the guy selling it to you. If you need Some traffic give me a shout as well. We can go over options that you can try and give you my thoughts on who i know has run your type of ads on what i can get you and their experience.

Exactly... Who said it was easy? :upsidedow
More seriously, real media buying can't rely on 1 single source but several sources. As said previously, you need to test over and over again, including new traffic sources.

NewNick 08-28-2013 06:54 AM

Funny shit - every answer comes from a traffic rep.

If only they had some real traffic to sell...........

?

id think affiliate reps would just be buying

not many peeps are gonna volunteer this info, however there is good info around online

Ace of Spades 08-28-2013 08:38 AM

Buying traffic can be very profitable, however it does take work and testing there's no simple formula. You can't spend $50 and use 1 crappy banner and expect to be rolling in the dough like many on GFY do and then cry its all fake traffic.

Thanks to Klen and Alex for the kind words regarding Reporo! :thumbsup

Helmuc - If you or your associates are interested in buying mobile traffic please drop me an email. Reporo serves over a billion mobile impressions a day on HQ sites, but we try to make it as simple as possible by assigning everyone who works with us a dedicated account manager. They are there to help you in all phases of set up and to help you navigate the waters if you are unfamiliar with purchasing traffic and making it work. Even the most seasoned buyer benefits from their assistance if only to help carry the load while they focus on other buys.

Mobile is a different animal than desktop and everyone goes through that learning curve at some point in their growth. We're here to try to help as much as possible.

Thanks,
-Chi.

With a full road map and $10,000 start up funding 99.9% of the dimwitted fucktards in this industry would fail at media buys. But yeah, ask them for advice. Makes sense.

Rate My Knockers 08-28-2013 06:38 PM
